Description:
Process Improvement Executive Overview introduces:
- the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model® (CMM®) or CMMI®, as appropriate,
- Software Process Assessments (CBA-IPIs/ SCAMPs, P-CAM®, etc.),
- Software Process Issues, and
- selected elements of Change Management.
